"Good warranty help from Turner"
I had a part start acting up after a few months, and Turner Motorsport really make the warranty process easy. I sent them the info, got a quick reply, and they help me get it all sorted without turning it into a big hassle. Happy with how the support went

"Stock can be a little hit or miss"
The weird part is, some items showed as available, but when I actually went to check on a few parts I needed, they were out of stock. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating when you think something’s ready to go and then it’s not.

I ordered a few performance parts for my BMW from Turner Motorsport, i kind of regret waiting this long to do it. Everything arrived in good shape, and the install was straightforward. I can definitely feel the car pulling harder now, especially in the mid-range, which makes driving it a lot more fun. Shipping did take one extra day longer than expected, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but that’s a small complaint overall. I’m happy with the purchase and would order from them again.

My issue did eventually get solved, and I’m glad it’s finally behind me. But i still remember how frustrating it felt waiting and checking in over and over with no real progress. By the time it was fixed, the relief was there, but so was the feeling that it should’ve been handled much sooner.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size part from Turner Motorsport and tried to get it exchanged. the process was... not the smoothest. I had to send a few emails and then just kind of wait around for replies, which got annoying quickly. They did eventually get everything sorted out, so I do appreciate that, but yeah... it felt like way more work than it should’ve been for a simple exchange. Not a terrible experience, just... not a great one either.

I had to return a part and, you know, I was totally calm about it... except for the part where I was already imagining the refund taking weeks and me having to keep following up. But turner Motorsport handled it quickly. The money showed back up without me needing to chase anyone down, and the whole thing was simple with no drama. I was about to order a small part, but the shipping ended up being almost as much as the item itself. It just felt a little ridiculous, if that makes sense. I ended up not buying it because I couldn’t really justify the extra cost.
